Todd Lubar is currently the president of TDL GLOBAL VENTURES LLC and is also serving in another big position as the senior vice-president of Legendary Investments. He has come a long way to be where he is today, and this can be accredited to the fact that he loves his job.
Where He Came From
He graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication. This is when he took a job with Crestar Mortgage Corporation and left in 1999 after four years of working for them.
Todd Lubar went and joined the Legacy Financial Group in Texas, and that is where he helped with the developing of the Maryland office to a total of $100 million loan volume in production units. He stayed with them up until 2005 when he joined Charter funding as the Senior Vice President.
He left in 2007 and went on to become a service provider of mortgage banking, and he even dabbled in the Demolition Industry. He was for a long period of time ranked in the top 25 mortgage originators nationwide.
How He Built Himself
By working hard and setting standards that he passed every time, he was able to grow up and become an invaluable asset wherever he served. This made him a bit of a genius when it comes to management and real estate business.
Having made his passion his work and life, there was simply no way that he could fail and not move. And after twelve years of working the industry, he decided that it was the time he formed something of his own, a legacy if you will.
He has been in the demolitions industry where he got some of the biggest contracts in the country and very soon he was also trying out the automotive scrap metal business. These combined with his panache for succeeding propelled him towards where he is now.
Todd The Family Guy
He is currently residing in Maryland, Bethesda with his two kids and he has on occasion said that he plans to live a better life and be a better person each day. Kind of corny but it’s actually something important in life. He also loves traveling with his kids and is obviously a family man. Check out his website, toddlubar.com.
